简介：Du, Zooey, And Ma, the second feature by Chinese film-maker Weng Shou-ming, has found itself a Dutch co-producer and a further slice of its funding. The film project, which was previously presented as part of the Cannes Festival's Ateliers du Cinema, is to be co-produced by The Netherlands Revolver Film. The Dutch company in turn is to receive a grant of Euros50,000 ($65,000) from The Netherlands Film Fund for co-producing a Hubert Bals Fund-supported film. Weng previously directed Fujian Blue (pictured). Du, Zooey, And Ma is a homage to film-noir which features a bizarre family and a tense, thriller-like plot.
