简介：Living in Edo, Oyuki (Misora Hibari) is a young woman that masquerades as a man because of her desire to become yakuza. Forced to leave town to avoid punishment from the law, her father, a former yakuza himself, sends her to Hamamatsu to seek refuge with his sworn brother, Boss Ginbei the Saint. While on the road she encounters Genta (Satomi Kotaro), a country gambler, and the two become friends and traveling companions on the Tokaido Road. While staying in Hamamatsu, Oyuki and Genta become involved when one of Saint Ginbei's rivals plots to take over the territory by killing the Saint. Soon they are swept-up into a climactic battle of sword wielding yakuza titans. ~Anon The stage is now set for a fast-paced, and highly entertaining story featuring the fighting and singing of renowned superstar, Misora Hibari playing a young man on a mission. This is not the first film in which the androgynous singer-actress has played a man, but it may well be the best.
